Tomaso Giovanni Albinoni (1671 - 1751) - Italian Baroque composer, famous author of operas, known today as a creator of instrumental music, especially concerts. Despite our good knowledge of his time, relatively little is known about him himself. Born in Venice, he studied violin and singing as a child. His independent work is not only connected with Venice, but also with other Italian cities. He published solo oboe sonatas and concertos between 1705 and 1719.
