Diogenio Bigaglia (1678 - 1745) - Venetian clergyman, renowned composer and virtuoso. Bigaglia composed both sacred and secular music, but little has survived. The most important of his instrumental music is the collection of twelve sonatas for violin or recorder, published in Amsterdam in 1715.
