The accompaniments in the For Everyone section are recorded to present an attractive metronome and tuner for pupils – an audio metronome. The main goal is to teach children to have a good feel for meter, rhythm and intonation with the help of accompaniments, while getting to know the many musical forms and styles that are played on the recorder at the same time. The entire issue of how compositions are ordered and how they work is explained in chapter 10 of the method - Working with accompaniments.
The accompaniments in the For Early Music Fans section are intended for more advanced students and players who can feel the music based on the bass line, harmony and colorfully elaborated continuo. In the authentic interpretation of the accompanying instrument, there is a rich inner agogism and rubato, which on the one hand are very natural, but on the other hand are considerably more demanding to interplay. At the same time, the compositions in the For Early Music Fans section assume greater technical maturity and therefore do not offer as diverse a range of tempos for individual compositions as in the For Teachers section.
How To: In the upper right corner of the main page, there is a LOG IN button. Clicking it will open a small dialog box that has a Sign In button in the lower right corner. Click it and fill in the contact information. Then click on CREATE NEW USER.
This process has registered you and you can choose a subscription according to your preferences. After paying for the subscription, you can play the songs and create playlists for your students.
Note: Each account can only be logged in from one device at a time.
After registering and paying for the subscription, the LOG IN button in the upper right corner will change to MY MUSIC. Click the button and a small window will appear with YOUR NAME at the top. The second item under the name is Students, playlists.
By clicking on the item, a page will appear with the ADD PLAYLIST (STUDENT) button in the upper right corner. Clicking the button opens a window that prompts you to fill in the student's data. After filling in, click CREATE PLAYLIST (STUDENT)- the playlist is created and the data is sent to the student's address you have entered. The student opens the delivered link and logs in with the data sent (email, password).
Try the whole process so you can show it to the student: Create a playlist for yourself, add pieces to the playlist and log in as a student...
After logging in, a plus sign (+) will appear on the right-hand side of the songs in the selected section, i.e. For Everyone, For Early Music Fans – or both in the case of a combined subscription. On clicking on the sign next to a song, a window will open with your students and their playlists. Tick the box next to the student you wanted to add the song to and click ADD at the bottom left. The track is added. You can remove it from the playlist by clicking on (x) next to the track name.
An overview of all your students and their playlists is shown under the MY MUSIC and Students, playlists buttons. There is a VIEW PLAYLIST button at the bottom right of each playlist. By clicking it, you will view the student's complete playlist, from which you can play the songs directly - there is no need to search for them in the individual chapters from where you added them.
If you are assigning the same song to several students, you can copy the individual playlists using the COPY button at the bottom left of the playlist.
Downloading individual pieces is advantageous in the sense that it is possible to play the piece anytime and anywhere, independently on the Internet.
Subscription/online playback and sharing of a large archive of thousands of files is more practical than downloading files, storing them and distributing them to pupils. At the same time, this method allows correction of existing tracks, adding/removing tempo variations, etc., as well as adding new tracks. The subscription also allows you to choose pieces by listening to them and, if you like them, buying sheet music.
You can search for pieces in individual chapters by alphabetical list or by a range.
Another possibility is the "search" function - the MAGNIFIER button next to the LOG IN button. Clicking on the magnifier opens a window in which you can enter not only the name of the piece (or its fragment), but also the name of the author, the name of the collection, the name of the dance, etc. You can play the pieces directly from the displayed list, add them to playlists or to the shopping cart.
